Overview

Delivered under a GC21 Design and Construct contract, the Wanilla project involved construction of a three building with shared basement totaling 21 residential units. ABACM’s design works on the Wanilla project included the relocation of High Voltage electrical supply and NBN assets. The project also required ABACM to provide a structural solution for the construction of a basement adjacent to a sewer easement.

ABACM experience many challenges on this project due to extreme weather events. ABACM were able to overcome the challenges without major incidents or issue complying with EPA. In addition to this ABACM successfully manage traffic issues considering the proximity to nearby Daramalan college
