Overview

Refurbishment of Building 7 and 9 Sandford, which contain government records. The scope included HVAC upgrades, fit out and fire proofing as well complete re-roof of the building.

ABACM successfully designed custom fabricated trusses over with a regraded roof pitch built over the existing roof thus eliminating risk of water ingress during the roof replacement works.
