Overview

The Capital Linen HVAC replacement Project involves the removal of the existing Evaporative cooling units at 9 Sandford St Mitchell Building 2. Further works will include the installation of large roller shutters and access ramps to remove the existing plant.

ABACM successfully replacement the large air handling units sequentially to ensure comfort for staff was maintained during the construction phase. Existing duct work was cleaned and upgraded with the use of robots to avoid the risk on confined spaces.
