Overview

The $1.4M Woden Park Redevelopment Contract saw ABACM responsible for design finalization and construction of an office and amenities building, Event processing building, and the refurbishment of two existing buildings. ABACM were also responsible for construction of a new carpark and resurfacing of the existing roads.

• Design Management & Construction
• Construction of new buildings for sporting venues
• Spectator and player facilities
• Soft and hard landscaping

During part of the construction period ABACM shared the construction site with the civil contractor completing the Oval works. During this period no disputes or safety concerns arose.

Nominated Staff that were integral to the Project included Benjamin Nardi as the Project Manager and Joshua Boyd as the Contract Administrator.
