Overview

Delivered under a GC21 Design and Construct contract, ABACM completed the Terowie project. The work involved demolishing old buildings and a basement, then building a two-story, 10-unit residential complex with a basement car park, lift, solar panel integration, and landscaping works.

ABACM redesigned the basement car park to improve space efficiency and service clearances, while managing the DA approval process.

The project finished successfully with smooth traffic control, careful work in a tight space, and good client communication.
