Overview

This project Repair and maintenance of various building element including the glass replacement and copper roof repairs. Other works included were safety improvements to the Chimney access systems. Due to ABACM performance additional works included Heritage conservation works, Lighting and HVAC upgrades were added as additional scope.

ABACM successfully delivered the work within the occupied Heritage building without incident.
