Overview

Heritage Library Upgrade Works included HVAC upgrades to overcome humidity issues affecting stored documents. Other works included a façade upgrade to improve staff comfort. Existing glass faced were refitted with new doble gazed panels. Other services including electrical and hydraulics services were also upgraded.

ABACM successfully completed the works whilst the Library remined in operation and staffed without major disruption. New LEDS and improved HVAC resulted sustainable outcomes.
