Overview

This project included the demolition of four existing dwellings and amalgamation of the blocks to allow the construction of Ten Class C adaptable units on behalf of housing ACT. These dwellings have been designed to achieve 7-8 star Energy efficiency rating.

ABACM achieved excellent safety performance whilst managing 6 road crossing for new and redundant services. The project was completed 3 months ahead of schedule.
