Overview

This project included works at over 15 schools. Projects included new Landscaping, turf replacement ,play areas, Car parks, Tennis courts, Shade Structure and Bike Enclosures.

QES: ABACM successfully managed the works whilst all schools remained in operation. The project required a high degree of stakeholder engagement and care with consideration to working around students and school activities. No incident occurred over the project. As a result of ABACM performance additional scope was added as a variation and delivered in the same timeframe.
