OVERVIEW: Delivered under a GC21 Design and Construct contract, the Turretfield project involved the demolition of four existing dwellings and construction of a three storey, 20 unit residential designed by ABACM; including the design of two adaptable units for disability access.

ABACM’s design works on the Turretfield project also included basement carpark with 31 vehicle parking spaces and storage cage for each of the 20 units, lift and landscaping with a shared outdoor recreational area with vegetable garden.
